Our menu varies according to season and ranges from products such as mushrooms, to meat from Piedmont, from the famous Fontina cheeses from Ollomont to the vegetables and wild herbs of the area.

The signature of our cuisine is to spread the knowledge and flavors of the area, especially those less known and we are Dedicated to preserve biodiversity. To achieve this we use the local materials, to which aromas and flavors of the world can be combined, to intrigue the mind and transmit the emotions in the original taste.
